1 on 1 Coaching
Our 1 on 1 coaching program focuses on your top three priorities.
Action Plan: We kick off by developing your action plan. Then the coaching begins.
Coaching Sessions: We usually meet monthly (or more frequently depending on your situation) for a 90 minute coaching session to work on your plan.
Review: We review your progress at session 3 and session 6.
At the end of the program you walk away with an high level plan to support your areas of focus in the next 6 months.

Group Coaching
Group coaching is a great way to develop individuals and teams whilst solving organisational problems.
When we take the time, we can learn so much from our peers’ experience and knowledge.
Group coaching also encourages collaboration and enhances team culture.
So whether it’s your team who want to work on their effectiveness, or a development opportunity for your talent pool, bespoke group coaching programs can be developed within your organisation.

Change Mangement Coaching
Our change management coaching service works along side your existing talent to undertake the role of change manager.
Together we develop change management strategy, impact assessments, undertake stakeholder engagement planning, business implementation and training plans all in line with your organisation’s project management approach.
We also support internal leadership and project staff to effectively apply change management methodology, tools and impacts to build people centred change management.
This approach builds organisational competency and makes sure the expertise is developed and stays in house.
